What is Asian Fusion?
Asian Fusion cuisine is all about bringing together the best of multiple culinary traditions. It’s where diverse flavors and ingredients of East and Southeast Asiameet techniques and inspirations from other parts of the world. Think soy, sesame, ginger, miso, and coconut. This marriage of flavor and flair creates exciting dishes that are both familiar and refreshingly new.

The Menu
Lobster Pancakes – Stir-fried with wild mushrooms, red chili, scallions, and coconut milk.

Plum & Sesame Glazed Lamb Spareribs – Sweet, savory, and fall-off-the-bone tender.

Fourth Course:
Grilled Garlic Shrimp over Black Fettuccine – Tossed in a red curry coconut sauce.
Why it’s cool: Black fettuccine (often made with squid ink) is rich in antioxidants and adds depth to this Thai-inspired curry dish. Shrimp brings lean protein, while garlic is a natural immune booster.
