Centralia

Inspired by the legendary Pennsylvania town (just over an hour away from Fire & Ice), the Centralia is smoky, fiery, and unforgettable. The combination of bourbon and blood orange is bold yet balanced, while the flaming sugar cube delivers a dramatic presentation.
