The Ambiance
Here at Fire and Ice, we are lucky to have a restaurant like no other, with many different dining options based on the ambiance you would like. To start, we have our dining room. This is perfect when you’re looking to create a classic date night. Just you and your significant other, making conversation over food and drinks.
The second is our bar. While this is not a formal date experience, our large bar and the lighthearted but upscale environment is a great place to grab drinks to test out the waters or have a casual and fun night with your significant other!
Lastly, and possibly the best location of them all, is our outdoor dining area. While this atmosphere is one you can only fully take in in-person, trust us when we say it is one of the best outdoor dining locations in the area. With views of our waterfall and fire pit, it feels as if you’re on vacation when dining outside, making it the perfect date destination people dream of.
On a typical night, you get to choose between sitting underneath a tent lined with lights or the night sky. Though, things tend to change on Fridays and Sundays when our live music comes. That’s when it becomes a date night filled with dancing, singing, and laughing in between your dinner. You’ll be guaranteed an endless amount of fun on a warm summer night.
Although this outdoor dining scene has an expiration date when winter rolls around, this does not mean we don’t have an alternative that's just as great! Our igloos placed right where our outdoor tables are will be fully heated and weatherproof, giving you an outdoor dining experience in even the coldest months! Decorated gorgeously for the occasion, with the ability to be in the middle of a snowstorm during the holiday season, this is a date no one would forget.
Cocktails To Make It A Perfect Date Destination
While some couples may choose to abstain from drinking on dates, which is perfectly ok, it’s no secret most tend to enjoy a few during their night out. At Fire and Ice, you will have no issue finding the perfect drink for your date. With a wide selection of reds, pinks, and whites on our wine list, complete with dessert wines and house-made sangrias made from fresh fruit, you have endless options for a drink, although the fun doesn’t end there.
Our cocktail menu is full of one-of-a-kind drinks, with recipes created by our bartenders. One popular sell is “The Marilyn,” which features vanilla vodka, Gran Marnier, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, passion fruit and raspberry purees, topped with prosecco. Another to highlight is the “New York State of Mind.” This consists of bourbon, Cointreau, egg white, fresh lemon juice, with a house merlot floater and Luxardo maraschino cherry garnish. It is safe to say our drinks come to impress, making it a fun and fancy feature for your date night.
Food to Enjoy
Last but certainly not least is the food you will enjoy at this date destination. The best way to start a date, in our opinion, is an appetizer to share. Our charcuterie board is one of the best candidates on our menu. While it serves as an easy snack to share while talking, its flavors and presentation may even be a conversation starter itself!
Our wide range of entrees, crafted by our chef, will not disappoint either. Ranging from seafood to vegetarian dishes, and plates of pasta to hearty steaks, you will have a wide variety of food choices to choose from. Some of our favorites include:
